Αντικείμενο: The problem tackled is the, still widespread, discrimination in the workplace in Greece and Cyprus, where Diversity Management and Diversity Charters are still a comparatively new issue. The project aims to cultivate inclusive workplaces and bring diversity Charters closer to the business sector in Greece and Cyprus, by operationalizing, supporting and promoting diversity management in businesses.
