Αντικείμενο: The project implemented a workable and replicable methodology to gather equality data in the criminal justice systems of EU member states; obtained data on disparate impact of the criminal justice systems of four member states on suspects and accused who are members of ethnic minorities or migrants and practically assessed the respect for EU procedural rights for different vulnerable groups of defendants; has built support from key stakeholders for ongoing collection of equality data in criminal justice, as well as evidence on which to advocate for improved implementation and enforcement of EU procedural rights.
